global と international は10版から “Correct and Preferred Usage of Common Words and Phrases” に記載されている。
global は全世界のことで、worldwide と同じ。
一方、international は2カ国または2カ国以上のことを述べる際に使用する。
また、globalについては、以下のような使い方もある。

worldwide vs. international
Use worldwide to describe something that encompasses all regions or involves the entire world. It’s OK to use global to mean worldwide.

Don’t use international to mean “outside the United States.” Instead, refer to a specific region or use wording that describes what you mean.
そうか。
「グローバルな仕事をする人」と「インターナショナルな仕事をする人」は同じように感じてしまうが、どうせなるなら「グローバルな仕事をする人」になりたいものだ。
